I purchased a watch. After testing it a bit I found that the movement has problems. The seller was very unhappy, but eBay forced him to approve the return. I printed out the return shipping label and didn't notice until I got t the post office that it was made out to ship the watch TO ME again. I've contacted the seller to have him get the shipping label corrected but he's not responding. Typically whose responsibility would it be to get this issue corrected, the seller or the buyer return...
