The seller hasn’t shipped my item
Hi Everyone
I don't know what to do if the seller hasn't shipped my item, I've waited a week and he doesn't answer my messages. I've tried canceling, but there are no options in the app, just the return option but I didn’t receive my item

Mentor1 year ago@jesusaro63. Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days. They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date . If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
