The seller has not sent a return label for 12 days and is not responding to my emails. I cannot send back a product that does not match the description. I also cannot buy other labels with my own money because I cannot remove the shipping number recorded by the seller in the system.

OP1 year agoThe seller accepted return and wrote on return page tracking number, but did not send the return label to my mail and I do not have the ability to print it.
