The seller has not replied Where is my money?
Summary: raindrop1052 shared their experience of purchasing sandals on eBay and encountering issues with a return. Purchased sandals/slippers 1 August. $55.77 (9.00 shipping). They arrived 14 August. right shoe too narrow & not adjustable.
Contacted e-bay to start a return. They said they would send postage on 17th. because I had a lot to do that next week, I opted to take to Post office & mail myself. I notified ebay I'd ship them myself ebay closed the sale. I emailed what I was doing. Seller acknowledged my email.
USPS showed the shoes were delivered 20 August. I am still waiting for the $46.77 & seller does not reply to my emails. I have no idea what to do next.

Mentor1 month agoYou did not follow ebay rules and if the case is closed you will have to do it again through the payment processor.

OP1 month agoI'm sorry I do not understand what that means. I don't buy on a regular basis, But used to mail things back before. Sometimes Myself sometimes through ebay I think. ??would that be my bank credit card? as that is how I paid for them

What I mean by you went outside eBay is you didn't wait for the eBay approved return label and used your own. eBay closed the case if I understand correctly so the case and return is over as far as they are concerned.

OP1 month agoSo does that mean the seller has my money and the shoes? Is that honest? So I just write it off?
