Sellers have been paying fees on the shipping cost since 2011 ... so that's not a good guess as to why the seller prices shipping as they do.

Mentor2 years agoSellers are charged fees on the item price + shipping + sales tax.
As a buyer, it's important to look at the total cost of the item, then make your decision to buy or not.
