The seller has disappeared
I am struggling with receiving or filing to receive a complete refund on an item that has not been received and the seller has completely removed. Everything linked to them in eBay. This clarifies for me that this is probably a fraudulent seller, but eBay keeps sending me links that run into. There’s no Page there or there’s something wrong. I can’t get a good link on how to request a refund

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? If so, sign out of this eBay account and sign in to that account. Find the transaction in your Purchase History or among recent transactions that appear on the Help & Contact page and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of this account, then use the order details link in the email you received from eBay regarding that guest order.
Even if the seller is removed from eBay you still have the money back guarantee from eBay.

OP10 months agoI have used the link in the email and when I use the link, it goes over and says there’s a problem with a blank page or it has the red banner at top at the top that says something‘s wrong so I’ve tried those methods and they’ve been unsuccessful

The link will not work if you are still signed in to another eBay account.
Try opening the link in a private or incognito browser window by right clicking on the link if you are having problems signing out of this account.

OP10 months agoAlso, I made the purchase as a guest, which is why I requested the email with details and again the link led me over to just errors as if the seller has removed everything
