The seller doesn't reply during the refund process
Hello.
I bought 4 cameras (stated fully functional) from the seller, but half of them don't work.
I contacted the seller several times to get a partial refund, but he doesn't reply.
He didn't even reply to the inquiry before the purchase.
Anyway, after all, I'm in the process of getting a refund.
But the seller hasn't responded for several days. What can I do in this case?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
