The seller does not want to refund the money
The seller does not want to refund the mone, and on eBay there is a different return number where the return status is not updating. I cannot contact eBay for help because the status doesn’t change, and they do not want to return my money.
This seller is a scammer and is trying to deceive me. I sent the return, and they have received it, but at first, they claimed that the return had not been received, even though I could see on the shipping website that they had received it. Then they acknowledged the return but claimed that the label was damaged and that their manager is checking for tampering. In reality, the label was not damaged at all! I believe they are trying to cheat me and not refund my money. I ask eBay to intervene and help me
