the seller does not respond to messages

But my electrician says it won't work without the PIN code from the donor car.

I've been messaging the seller for two days now, but he hasn't responded. Before, when the package was still in transit and there were problems, I wrote to him asking for help, but he didn't respond.

I tried contacting support, and they offered a phone call with an agent, but unfortunately, I don't speak English and can't explain the situation to the agent.

I don't want to immediately file a return, as I've already wasted more than two weeks.

Can you tell me how I can resolve this issue?

If the seller is unwilling or unable to provide the PIN and you are unable to recover it from the device, your only option is to return the item for a refund, then purchase that item from another seller that can provide the PIN.
