Hello, I ordered an item on Ebay. USPS could not deliver the item to me and hence sent it back to the seller. The tracking number shows the seller received the item back. However, the seller claims he never received it and hence does not refund my money. I started a return, but since I never received the item, I had nothing to return, and hence the "Return" status kept saying next step is for me to ship the item.
