It is very disappointing purchase experience. The seller didn’t provide a tracking number but told me I would receive the package within three days. However,
it’s been a week and I still haven’t received the package.

·1 year agoSellers are not required to provide tracking information to buyers, or even to ship with tracking. Tracking is for the sellers benefit in case of item not received claims.
Sellers are also not responsible for carrier delays. The listing showed an estimated date of delivery before you purchased. When that day passes, you can open an item not received case.
