The seller does not offer combined shipping discounts.
I bought multiple items from a buyer but I got the error message "The seller does not offer combined shipping discounts." after I have clicked "Request Total" button. The seller also cannot combine shipping for me too. The seller never had trouble combining orders before and he's sure he had all settings right (he had successfully done that for various buyers before). Seems combined shipping didn't work for me. How can I fix this? Thanks.
