I have sent a request that I haven't received my item, but now I can't send another request and eBay is not helping. eBay claims that the item is not with money guaranteed or something, and eBay is not stepping in to help and the seller scammed me. I am very sad ...

Did you open an Item not Received dispute?
Has it been at least four days since you opened the dispute?
Did you go back and ask ebay to step in?
