The seller didn't send a return but said they did...
I bought an item, the item sent is not what I bought. I explained the situation and we started the return process. The seller marked in the system and said that they sent a return label but they did not.
When I asked the seller, he refuses to provide me with the shipping label pretending it is covered by ebay garantee and that ebay has to provide me with it.
In theory I am supposed to have the option to ask ebay to step in since the 14th of July but the option doesn't appear and I am unable to reach anyone at ebay, super frustrated.
I have asked ebay to call me, and the phone call is also not coming in 😞
As I don't know what to do, should I "marked the item as sent" and lie exactly like the seller ??
update: Ebay called me and the lady from the customer service was super helpfull. They will provide me with the shipping label.
