The seller cannot print the shipping label
I purchased an item, but the seller has told me that he cannot ship it because he cannot print the shipping label. The seller has sent me the screenshot of the error and it says "The shipping to address contains invalid or missing fields. Please amend this and buy your label" error. I have checked the address I had entered and I see no problems. I had used the same address successfully for another purchase in July.
If the active address I have on Ebay contains invalid or missing fields, how was I able to complete the purchase? Does Ebay have different set of address validation checks for storing customer addresses and for printing labels? If so, that is a very noob thing to do for any e-commerce site.
The seller has put the shipment on hold because of that problem. Changing the order address after the purchase by neither me nor the seller does not sound right to me. The current order address is correct and I cannot update it anyways. What should I do?
