The seller cancelled the order before the payment deadline.
The seller cancelled the order before the payment deadline. Under "reason for cancellation", the seller wrote "at the buyer’s request". That is a lie. I did not send such requests, as can be seen from the correspondence.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation ."
In addition, you can leave appropriate feedback to warn other buyers.
