The seller cancelled my order
I purchased an item using buy it now and paid for it in full. Today I received a notice of an ensuing refund from the seller. The reason for the refund given by the seller is that "the buyer requested a refund" which is not true. I never requested a refund. Please look into the matter. Thank you.
