The Seller :::::
I sent 3 items back to this seller. I refused the shipment , the regional post master told me to write refused on both packages and he sent them back. Well the seller is acting like they don't have them or something. Which it's been weeks , so I know they do. Well anyhow when I filed a claim with ebay. I thought it meant was the package delivered back to them, and I had put not delivered. Because I knew they hadn't at the time could have received it. But since I pulled a blonde, and the seller isn't doing anything to actually refused nothing. Because of my misunderstanding. We are talking 1300.00 plus dollars. Should I just file fraud charges, because I can get a notarized statement proven it was not opened and sent straight back.

OP1 year agoI told them to cancel before it even left. Then the next day they sent a statement, like they didn't understand... and sent it anyway.

Mentor1 year agoWhen you refuse delivery of a package, you lose your buyer protection. You should have accepted the delivery and then file a returns request. Depending on the seller's return policy, and the reason for the return, determines who pays for return shipping.

OP1 year agoI told them to cancel my order before it shipped. Then they wanted to send a message a day or so after, stating they didn't understand cancel order. Really how many words did they need. I know for over $1300 plus dollars, something is going to get resolved.

·1 year agoThe seller is not required to cancel your order, and English may not be their first language, so it's entirely possible they simply did not and do not understand you fully.
Since you did not follow eBay's protocols for handling this, you can try reaching out to your bank or credit card issuer to request a dispute or chargeback, as @comics-scifi-collectibles suggested.
