THE RETURN PROCESS IS TAKING TOO LONG. THIS IS AN ANTIQUE FRAGILE ITEM. WAITED TOO LONG TO INITIATE
I AM GETTING SICK OF EBAYS POLICIES AND LACK OF SUPPORT FOR SELLERS. THE RETURN PROCESS IS TAKING TOO LONG. THIS IS AN ANTIQUE FRAGILE ITEM. WAITED TOO LONG TO INITIATE RETURN AND WAITING TOO LONG TO GET IT BACK. PURCHASED ON 12/15-RECEIVED 12/18-FILED FOR RETURN AND INITIATED RETURN 1/14. IT IS THE 10TH DAY AND WENT FROM CHINA TO OKLAHOMA. IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED TO ME IN HAWAII IN FIVE DAYS. THIS WON'T HAPPEN AND THE ITEM IS FRAGILE, ANTIQUE, GOLD, PEARLS THAT ARE REAL AND NOT SYNTHETIC.

The item doesn't need to be received by you in five days, it needs to be shipped by the buyer within five days (but from your post, it sounds as if it's already been shipped).
It wasn't clear to me, but it also sounds like you're saying the package has been mis-routed and was inadvertently sent to China, then went to Oklahoma on it's way to you. Is that correct? Rarely, but sometimes, a package will be misrouted. When that happens, it takes a while to get back on track, but there isn't any reason why you shouldn't receive it.
What you can do is request email or text updates for your package here:
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
Enter the tracking number on that page and click Track. You'll see the options on the next page.
As for initiating the return...the buyer is only able to open a return within the return window. She did that, so she didn't wait too long.

OP8 months agoNo, it was purchased on the 15/12, received on the 18th. Buyer held and used it until 1/24. This was all the while when de declared the pearl in the antique ring to be a fake. It is not. It is antique, fragile and owned within my family. He claimed to be an expert but does not show certification. The pearl could be removed and r eplaced. He is located in China. And, by holding on to it, I believe it could be modified.

1/24 is tomorrow...
Your scenario of what you imagine happened could happen no matter where the buyer is. It's a risk you take when you sell. Never list anything you can't afford to lose if things go wrong. If you don't want to sell an item internationally, you can remove the international shipping option.
