The return is closed
I received this notice. I had no idea a seller could put no returns on their items unless it was perishable or such. So does this mean I lost my money?

Mentor9 months agoDidn't fit is considered a buyer's remorse reason, so a seller with a no returns policy can decline the return.
If the item was marked a specific size and that was not the size you received, then you should have filed a returns request for Item Not as Described, and the seller would have to accept the return and pay for a return shipping label.

OP8 months agoThank you. Buyers remorse is definitely what I have. I will look at the seller more closely and also the return policy.
