the reserve price didn't work
selling item with buy it now feature for $1100. The item sold for $199 at auction but the reserve price was supposed to be $1100 and for some reason didn't kick in.
I cannot sell the item for $199

Were you charged for adding a reserve amount as an optional listing upgrade? You should have been.
Is it possible you added a buy-it-now price rather than a reserve?
