The reason I'm texting you is because I've been trying to find out how a seller can make a order and
Been trying to find out how can a seller can use your credit card account and make a order without my consent are my promistion? I would appreciate a answer how could this happen

If you send the Seller an offer and the Seller accepts your offer, there is a warning from eBay that if the Seller does accept, eBay will charge the payment method you have on file. This has been in place since September 2023.
