No, your purchase is the same price you saw and authorized at checkout. Tax, shipping and possibly customs fees (if an international purchase) can be added, but you would have seen those, too at checkout.
If the seller has more than 1 of the item and you click on it now, it is possible he has changed the price for what he has remaining in stock. If so, you should see a link to the item as it was when you made your purchase - at the top of the item page when you click on it.
