The Postal System Lost the Item, sent me an empty box, and the seller ghosted me
I bought a small pin. Before it was sent, I tried to cancel the order since I found the same one for cheaper. The return was closed because it wasn't sent yet. Fair enough. I message the seller and let them know that this happened. The box arrives on time, completely crushed and empty. There is a sticker from the postal service saying the most recent center got the box crushed and empty. I contact the seller. I don't hear anything. It's been over a day. I can't ask for my money back because I already tried returning or canceling. The box WAS EMPTY.Â

If you previously opened a return and then closed it, you cannot open another return. Asking to cancel is not the same as requesting a return, so first try opening a request -Â
Â
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Enter empty package received in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If you cannot open a return, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described since what you received was an empty box.
