Ok I talk to the post office. They seemed to be at fault or Richmond. Some random post office worker disagreed for the post label pricing and is returning the cards to me, but none of them have show up. This is a weekends worth of owners. Aka I pay 74 cents to mail a letter and the post office worker disagrees with that amount and says it should be 78 cents. No lie. How do I file a claim? How do I sue the Post Office for reputation damages?
