The clerk at the post office said the item contains hazardous material and must be shipped with that designation.
Everyone is busy. If you can't fulfill your responsibilities, you shouldn't put things up for sale on eBay. You'll need to cancel something else you're busy with if you're short on time. You made an error on the label, so you need to purchase a new one and cancel the invalid one.
When you purchase your new label, change the setting shown below:
As for the incorrect label...
