the person who won my 7 day auction has not paid me. what should i do?
i have sold on eBay for 3 mo. im getting the hang of it but after selling fees ect the profit margin is tight. it really hurts when after running an auction for 7 days and then not get paid. ( /''.][3542) to say the least. it was happy and sad at the same time. i had both fists pumping up in the air celebrating like i scored a touchdown when i seen how much my item sold for. feeling good about everything and then awaiting payment, so okay no biggie ill print label and get packing ready to ship and ill come back to my desk in a hour or two and it will be paid and ill be on my way to post office. 4 dayz latuer nothing. the only marki have against me is the 1st time this happened i canceled cause i didn't get paid and buyer didn't respond it was my 2nd auction ever and didnt know i did something wrong. i didn't affect anything my seller evaluation is still above average. but i learned my lesson i was patiently waiting this after no action i sent a nice email 2 days i discounted all the shipping fees. i sent 3rd email he finally responds said ebay had funds tied up and he asked for a couple more day, fine no problem. he send me a screen shot of his account there's over $2k in his account but it was in red and there was a ebay message saying the account was under review or something. its been 3wks total hes not responding anymore. what should i do? can i levey his account? do i report him to ebay? or just forget about it and rerun the auction? i try really hard not wasting any of my buyers time often same day delivery or for sure 1 day at the most. i do it for the buyer and cause it takes forever for ebay to pay. buy the time ebay releases fund i already spent it on new delivery fees. i have worked my way past that now and i get paid after payment processes right after the post office scans my package. so that helps but who does this kinda stuff. 7 days is long enough and wait another 7 day to actually cash out and guy dont pay??? frustrating. why cant the 2nd to last bidder win by default?

Mentor5 months agoWhen a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".
