The person who is buying for me send me this.
 Thanks for your mail, i want this item shipped to my cousin in Wisconsin as a surprise gift, i will add an extra $300 to the amount of the item to include a Steam wallet gift card of $200 inside the package when shipping it to my cousin because it’s going to the recipient as a surprise one. So $200 for the Gift Cards and $100 to cover the shipping cost make the calculation making how much in total and get back to me, so i can quickly complete the payment via eBay

I thought new sellers could only list 10 items $500 in value per month starting out.
You are a theft magnet attracting scammers because your items are high value.
You should enable the setting that requires buyers to enter their payment information before they bid or make offers.
You should make it buy now immediate payment required.
Both of them are scammers.

Direct them to go through eBay. Do not give them any information except letting them know to pay through eBay.

One way around scammers is to list as a fixed price listing and have the "Immediate payment required" option checked.

OP2 years agoI told him all transactions must be made through eBay. And he send me this..................................................................... Yes, I know, I’m supposed to get that done myself but I’m out on an international duty with the us Navy

It is a SCAM! Do not believe anything the "buyer" states. Do NOT do business with them and place them on your Blocked Buyer List ASAP.
