I have an Amazon gift card with a lot of money on it that I was saving towards purchases that I plan to buy for my new home. The new home didnâ€™t come through. So I bought things on Amazon to sell on eBay so I can at least get some cash back because I needed to pay my school fees. I used Amazon promotion so it would so faster paying them 10%. Only to find out in the end that might pay account is the wrong bank account ending in 2311 I no longer have access to that bank account because it was stolen and I canâ€™t open Cash app to get the number so I can change it to the correct account because they want you to put the old account in before you can put a new account in. I keep trying to chat with them to get help. They say you have to call right I keep explaining that Iâ€™m overseas. My phone is not working overseas, but itâ€™s like nobody wants to help me. Nobody wants to do the job. All they have to do is just delete the old account information from the system so my money doesnâ€™t go keep it hostage. Keep the money hostage until I come back into the states, just donâ€™t send it to the wrong bank account. They wonâ€™t listen to me. They wonâ€™t do it told me to call him OK so I coughed up 250 pounds to buy a coin card so I could use it in my new foreign account, like calling back into the states which is 10 pounds per minute and the calling machine that Ebay has where they wonâ€™t give you a human being to talk to unless you tell the machine what you want first representative representative representative the machine just keeps all hang up five times they called in speaking to a goddamn machine that kept hanging up on me. And I lost all 250 pounds so I can try and save $200 they made on eBay that I desperately need. I donâ€™t know what to do. I donâ€™t know who to talk to. I donâ€™t have anymore money on my coin card and to get another one. Itâ€™s gonna be difficult because I donâ€™t have that amount of money and right now Iâ€™m overseas doing major surgeries so money is very tight and I desperately needed my sale money and now Iâ€™m gonna lose it because Iâ€™m gonna go to a bank account that was stolen on December 8 and I donâ€™t know how to stop it from happening.
