The package did not arrive due to the seller's mistake and it was returned but I have no refund
I bought 10 Apple AirPods (Order Number 17-10172-45410) from an eBay user who had the eBay guarantee, due to the seller's mistake in noting the destination address, the package did not arrive and was returned by USPS.
I wrote to the seller many times to send the package again with the correct address or refund the money, he did NOT respond so I made the claim to eBay, but they rejected it indicating that the package was returned and that they should contact me. contact the seller.
I have asked eBay to contact the seller so that they can answer me and provide a solution, but they tell me that they cannot do this.
I feel SCAMMED by eBay since I bought from a seller authorized and guaranteed by eBay who did not give me the package of more than 1200 dollars and they do nothing.
