The order in transit
Hello. I have stolen the coin and sent in to Israil in February. Because of the war the shipment is in transit for a long time. The buyer sent appel to eBay and they refund money to the buyer. Now I have to pay the commission 70 $ for I don't know what. I send coin and I pay. Is it a normal situation. I also paid for postage. What should I do?
