the option to make an offer on my item has disappeared, when i attempt to turn it on, it looks on

ebay rejected an offer at $250 on the item I'm selling when my offer threshold was set to $250. i attempted to lower it so that the buyer to offer $250 again and now the 'make an offer' button has disappeared. can you turn back on the 'make an offer' button?

Once an auction receives a valid bid, any option for an offer or a buy-it-now goes away, any existing offers expire, and the item can only be won by bidding.
