The new check out process
I have noticed that you have choose your payment option immediately before placing your bid. Under the old way when you checked out and went to paypal you coule use paypal credit, whatever card or account. Or the "pay in 4" option the paypal offers. Now that option is gone. Why? That was a great option to use when purchasing a bigger ticket item.
