What is ebay now to allow no direct contact AI what's that all about.. that thing has a mind of uts own half thr time what u reply to come back something u didn't say trying to ask a question bout a return and refund can't talk 2 n e 1.. and how ebay can allow a seller to close a return yet have a money back guarantee im confu then allow the seller to not reply to any ?'s none what so ever I guess it is what it is so now I guess Amazon is my new ebay.. been on ebay I think sense 98.. 🤷🏾♂️ I hope everyone else be safe on here it was fun while it lasted... Please tell us your return problem and we can guide you through the process.
No need to contact customer service for return cases as they can't change the site policy.

Mentor5 months agoA seller cannot close a return request if the buyer has a valid reason for the return per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee. What reason did you specify when you filed the return request?
