The money I was supposed to receive went to the wrong back account

I sold an item and now see that the funds were sent to a bank I have never heard of. Is there a way to contact ebay? If there is I cannot find it. Thanks

All worked out. After contacting a rep from ebay, I was able to determine there was a problem with the routing number I provided. Thanks for your help!
