Mentor2 years agoMake sure you have the latest version of the eBay app.
I still see Messages as the first option when using the My eBay icon at the bottom of the screen.
If that is not working for you, try using a browser to read your messages.
Try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, then reinstalling the latest version of the app.
