The ludicrous is already apparent
This entire site to "eBay support" is a clear failure if you look at all of the unanswered questions. This is a mockery of real customer service and you should not support this. Any "Mentor" should go find a Facebook or Reddit page to join, not only will they help more people as a whole but also it would show eBay that this is a stupid program that only makes work for their customers that use eBay as a easy source to resell items, not for them to become unpaid IT guys.

This is a public user forum, not customer service. No one here works for eBay.
