I bought 2-400watt flexible solar panels from delgood723 and after they were installed discovered they were 2-200watt panels. They have since corrected their ad but I bought them in good faith. I contacted them, and did what they asked me to do and now no contact from them. Do I have any recourse? I cannot seem to find anywhere on ebay's dispute resolution that will help with my situation. Anyone out there have any ideas or am I SOL? Thanks
