Mentor4 months agoI think you mean you contacted the seller. If the seller does not respond, you can do the following:
ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP4 months agoHey Disneyshopper, Thank You for replying back. I did mean the buyer. When I received the order it said 4. When I went into the order itself, there was only 2. I just want to be sure that he gets what he ordered without any confusion. I've contacted the buyer and no response and I'm suppose to have a shipping label in a few hours.
