The item was shipped to the wrong address. I did not receive it.
I filed a case and it was closed in favor of the seller, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do? Please help.
The seller does not respond to messages and is uncooperative. I asked him for the recipient’s signature and he did not respond. This is really unfair. I lost my money without receiving anything.

What does the tracking information indicate? Does it indicate that it was delivered to an address in your zip code?

OP11 months agoThe tracking number tells me that it has been shipped and delivered, but that is not true, and I do not know who received it.

Take the tracking number to your local post office and have them research where the item was delivered. They will not tell you where it was delivered, but they WILL be able to tell you if it was not addressed to your address. Get it in writing if it was not addressed to you, then contact Ebay to appeal the case.
