the item was picked up from location so how do I delete the shipping charge ?
The item was a boat not shippable
so the buyer picked it up. not a problem.
how do i remove the shipping charge that was not intended?

Mentor1 year agoIf the item was not shippable, it should have been listed with Local Pickup. The buyer would have been sent a message from ebay with a QR-code (as well as a 6-digit code) that s/he brings you when the buyer comes to pickup the item. But since you had a shipping price on the listing, ebay is expecting a tracking number. All you can do is go to the Sold transaction and click the Mark as Shipped option, even though you did not ship. ebay will most likely hold the payment for 30 days and release it when the buyer does not file a case for non receipt.
