    The item was completely damaged during shipment to the buyer. Who will compensate the loss?
                     

    The perfume bottle was broken when shipped by fedex. Who will be responsible for the loss?

    Hi @dikaloff 

     

    You're responsible for refunding the buyer in full. After refunding the buyer, if the item was insured, you can file an insurance claim with FedEx and if they deem the packaging was sufficient, you'll receive a reimbursement from them.

     

    Ask the buyer to open a return using the option next to the transaction in her Purchase History and attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.
