the item sells but still active
Lately, I've noticed that even after selling some of my items, they continue to appear as "active" in my listings. Although it shows as "you sold this item" when I click on them, they still remain visible in my active listings page. Although I can manually end the item to remove it from my active listings, this doesn't happen automatically. I'm concerned that an item could be sold twice, and since I only have one item, it could be problematic. Moreover, these listings have only one quantity available and a status of zero availability once opened, yet they still appear in my active listings. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoIt sounds as if you have the out of stock feature turned on. You can turn it off here:
