I haven't received my items!!! order number 01-11460-32620, opened a dispute for a refund but it was not returned to me, the seller did not respond, the last time I wrote to him was June 17. I want eBay to step in and give me my refund.

How to ask us to step in

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

Go to Purchases

If the ask eBay to step in doesn't work then there might be a problem with timing on the case. The refund request has to be filed within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date AND you have to ask eBay to step in no later than 21 days after opening the case or the case times out and you lose. If that happens then you have to pursue a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
