The item I ordered was received broken and unusable. The seller doesn't accept returns.
I reported the issue to the seller and sent pictures of the status of the item as they have been received. He sent me a message telling he was out and he'll be back after the January 5, I've sending messages after that date getting no response from him. What should I do?

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed or arrives damaged, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received damaged" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
