The item I ordered has not shipped
I just want to start off by saying I'm on the spectrum of Autism and can have issues handing issues like this. I ordered an item on March 7th and it was supposed to get here on March 16th. After the 16th I checked the order details and saw it was has not even been shipped yet. I filled a report (not asking for a refund) and then messaged the seller multiple times and got no response. A few days later I looked at the report and then closed it thinking I could re-open a new one and file for a refund. But I can't open a new one, the seller won't respond, and all of the suggestions from google etc just lead be back to "file a report".
What do I do? It was a 70$ purchase and I don't want to lose money like yet.
