The item I bought was broken
Hello, I bought a perfume, but when it arrived and I unpacked it was completely broken, there was no perfume in it. It seems to me the seller was a scam and sold just old and empty bottle without single drop of perfume. So, I initiated a return request, since there was no other option. The seller accepted it, but didn’t not respond to my messages knowing that I can’t collect all broken parts of broken bottle and send it back. This is disrespectful

You can just send the bigger pieces of glass back from the broken bottle and wrapping them so they don't shake around. You will have to be careful handling the glass.
