The item hasn't arrived...?
Summary: vtgado shared their experience of an issue with USPS where a package marked as delivered was never received, even after 20 days. They mentioned that the seller is trustworthy and that their agency has noted frequent issues with USPS, including prematurely marked deliveries. The agency is so frustrated with these occurrences that they created a rule voiding compensation for using USPS. vtgado is seeking advice on how to handle this situation.
I purchased the item, and the seller shipped it to USPS. The seller is an honest person and has done business with me before. USPS informed me that the item was delivered, but I still have not received it even after 20 days.
My agency says that such things happen frequently with USPS. USPS reportedly sets up the tracking as if the package has been delivered before the recipient even signs it. They say they were so frustrated with USPS that they even created a rule stating that using them would void their compensation.
How should I handle this situation?

Mentor2 weeks agoHi @vtgado
I see you are in South Korea, use the Help & Contact link on your eBay page and tyr to get in touch with eBay. It may be a challenge for you to get refunded because eBay is showing that you received the package.
If you cannot be satisfied with trying eBay you may have to pursue a dispute with your payment source.
Really sorry that happened.
