Hi,Ebay,I bought two books here. The buyer's two orders are shipped together.But there was only one book in the package. And 27-12431-31238 not in package.Contact the seller without reply.

Mentor1 year agoAre you sure both items were shipped together? Do you have 2 tracking numbers? If you are sure they were shipped together, go to your purchase history and click on return and choose item not as described. You can then state that you received only one of two items. Do not choose item not received. Tracking would indicate delivery and you would lose the case.
