The eBay system says "Seller did not specify shipping" on my listing, which I cannot fix.
I listed a large framed print for sale and listed the shipping as Ground Advantage. I learned as I worked with a potential customer, that the item is too large for Ground Advantage. I worked an eBay customer service agent to try to change the shipping choices I offer potential buyers, BUT THE SYSTEM STILL SAYS "Seller did not specify shipping," even though I HAVE. I would have sold this item before now - I'd have three different individuals reach out to me to ask about shipping - BUT I CANNOT FIX THE SHIPPING ON THE LISTING so that I can get the item sold. Clearly, I am frustrated with eBay's system.

Framed artwork could be hard to package safely. Some people mail tires for cars. Your packaging of the artwork has to be able to withstand potentially being under those tire boxes.
There’s also dimensional weight to consider. https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/shipping/DIM_Weight_client_R6.pdf
